Training engine · Early access
Your next set is already decided.
Log a set in two taps and RepSetStat computes the next one: reps, load, and rest, drawn from your full training history instead of a static plan.
Prefer to start on paper? The training program is in the store as a print-ready PDF, with matching posters for the gym wall.
Digital downloads, delivered right after payment. The app itself is free during the beta — you sign in with Google, no password to remember.

Every set you log feeds the prescription for your next session.
Built for the ninety seconds between sets.
Mid-set is the worst possible moment to fight your tools. The workout screen is designed for a thumb on a phone: oversized tap targets, numeric steppers instead of a keyboard, and a rest timer that computes from wall time so a locked screen or a backgrounded tab never loses your countdown.
- Two taps per set: a complete button you can hit without looking, and load steppers with real weight jumps.
- The rest timer runs on wall time, so it stays honest even when the browser throttles background tabs.
- Installs to your home screen and works offline. Your history stays on your device, with a full JSON export whenever you want it.

Next: the bar that counts itself.
We are building a small sensor that clips onto a barbell or machine and counts reps straight into your history. It is optional and open hardware, and the engine treats a counted set exactly like a typed one: one more source, same data model.
Repcount sensor · optional · open hardware
The sensor is a later phase. Sign-ups get the app first; hardware news follows when there is something to test.
Questions, answered.
How do I start?
Create an account and you are in — the app is in beta. You sign in with Google, which is the only account you need; there is no separate password to set.
What do I need to run it?
A current browser on phone or desktop: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. The app installs to your home screen as a PWA and works offline. Older browsers are not supported; that is a deliberate trade to build on one modern stack.
Where does my training data live?
On your device. Everything is stored locally first, and you can export a complete JSON backup at any time. Signing in is what will make cross-device sync possible — that work is next — and your local history carries over rather than being replaced by it.
What will it cost?
Pricing is not set yet. Core tracking is free through the beta, and the app will tell you before anything changes.
What is the sensor?
A small open-hardware rep counter that clips onto a barbell or machine and logs reps into your history automatically. Everything works fully without it.
